Das sind die drei Phasen der Transition, einem Modell des Change Managements (Managing Transitions - making the most of change von William Bridges + Susan Bridges).

Das Alte beenden und die Entscheidung für die bevorstehende Veränderung treffen.


2. springen ins Ungewisse, den luftleeren Raum, mutig und entschlossen springen um


3. auf der anderen Seite, der neuen Situation anzukommen. Um neu zu starten.


Eigentlich ist das ganz einfach. Wenn nicht das Ego, das innere Team, der innere Antreiber oder andere Anteile in uns, ihre Stimme erheben und ihre Bedenken anmerken würden.


Obwohl ich mich persönlich eher als ein typischer Wechsel-Typ bezeichne und schon oft mein Leben völlig umgekrempelt habe, manchmal sogar eine Spannung in mir spüre und denke: "jetzt könnte mal wieder was passieren", dennoch höre auch ich manchmal einen leisen Widerstand in mir rufen. Wenn z.B. meine Lieblings DB-App sich ganz heimlich still und leise up-gedated hat und ich mich zum wiederholten Male mit dem neuen Erscheinungsbild, den neuen, geänderten Suchoptionen auseinander setzen muss...


Dann höre ich diese leise Stimme, die vorsichtig und ein wenig trotzig verlauten lässt: "ich fand die vorige Version aber besser!"


Da würde ich gerne am alten Design festhalten und in meiner Komfortzone verweilen.

    Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. A great read. I'll certainly be back.
